These terms apply to your use of the AINOVAI website and to AINOVAI products and services, including the Workflow Audit, Quick-Win Automation, Website Analyzer, Growth Audit and LeadFlow. AINOVAI is a digital product and automation brand operated from the United Kingdom. Paid AINOVAI offers are intended for business use. By purchasing a paid offer, you confirm that you are acting for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession.

1. Services and product information

AINOVAI provides software, AI-assisted analysis, workflow reviews, digital audits, onboarding, implementation and related support services. The free Workflow Audit reviews information you provide about one business process and may produce a directional process map, automation opportunity and suggested tool direction. It is an initial diagnostic, not a guarantee that a particular automation is technically feasible, will save a specific amount of time or will produce a particular commercial result.

Quick-Win Automation is a scoped implementation service intended to automate one clearly defined workflow or part of a workflow. The exact scope, integrations, access requirements, delivery assumptions and price are confirmed before paid work starts. The free Website Analyzer reviews readable public website content and produces directional observations about offer clarity, positioning, trust signals and conversion opportunities. The Full Growth Audit is a deeper paid review based on the website and information supplied. LeadFlow helps businesses organise and analyse inbound enquiries, prioritise leads, create suggested replies and structure follow-up plans.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed or when we confirm the order in writing.

Where the website says that Quick-Win Automation starts “from £299”, this is an indicative starting price for a simple scoped implementation, not a fixed price for every workflow. The final price depends on factors such as workflow complexity, number of integrations, access requirements, testing, human approval steps and support needed. We will confirm the proposed scope and price before chargeable implementation work begins.

The £29 Founding Launch Full Growth Audit is a one-off, non-recurring purchase. After you submit the required contact details, you are sent to Stripe secure checkout to complete payment. We aim to deliver the audit by email within 1–2 business days after payment. If we need clarification before starting, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

The £99 LeadFlow Founding Partner offer covers the first 30 days and does not automatically renew into the £49 monthly plan unless you separately choose to subscribe. The £249 LeadFlow Done For You offer includes implementation and the first 30 days and also does not automatically renew unless you separately subscribe.

The £49 LeadFlow Founding Plan is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews monthly until cancelled. A statement that the founding price is “locked for 12 months” means the £49 monthly price will not be increased during the first 12 months of that subscription; it does not require you to remain subscribed for 12 months.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably needed to provide a paid service, including relevant business context, website information, service information and workflow requirements. Delivery dates or onboarding timelines may depend on how quickly you provide requested information and appropriate access. You should not submit passwords, API keys, confidential customer records or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the public Workflow Audit form. Where implementation later requires system access, access arrangements will be agreed separately.

You are responsible for checking that your use of AINOVAI products, and any information you submit to them, complies with applicable law and your own obligations to customers, prospects, employees and other people.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring LeadFlow subscription at any time before the next renewal. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. We do not normally provide partial-period refunds for recurring subscriptions, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

For one-off Growth Audit, onboarding, Quick-Win Automation or other implementation purchases, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. If work has not started, we may refund the payment in full. Once substantive audit, onboarding, configuration, integration, testing or implementation work has begun, any refund will depend on the work already performed, the circumstances and any rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you believe the service materially differs from what was described or agreed, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. AI-generated output and human review

AINOVAI may use AI to assist with Workflow Audit process mapping and recommendations, Website Analyzer observations, Growth Audit preparation and LeadFlow summaries, priorities, suggested replies, qualification questions and follow-up plans. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Workflow Audit recommendations and Website Analyzer scores are directional rather than certifications or guarantees. You remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or sending it to another person. AINOVAI does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

6. Implementation, integrations and testing

Automation services may depend on third-party systems, APIs, account permissions and customer-owned software. We will take reasonable care when implementing an agreed workflow, but third-party services can change, restrict access, impose usage limits or experience outages. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the customer remains responsible for final business approval of automated communications, decision rules and production use. We may recommend a staged or human-reviewed launch where that reduces operational risk.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Some websites may block automated access or provide too little readable public content for the Website Analyzer to analyse reliably. We may maintain, improve or change the service, including integrations and underlying third-party technology. We will try to give reasonable notice where a change materially affects a paid service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or AINOVAI products, attempt to interfere with security or availability, submit malicious content, impersonate others, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person. Free tools may be rate-limited to protect service availability and costs.

9. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please tell us promptly if you reasonably believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

10. Privacy and customer data

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information to AINOVAI products. Where you provide personal information about leads, customers, employees or other people, you are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and providing any notices required for your use of that information.

11. Intellectual property and licence

Unless stated otherwise, the AINOVAI name, branding, website design, software, text and original product materials are owned by or licensed to AINOVAI. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the paid service, delivered audit or implementation output for your own internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of business information and content you submit. You give us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process and use that content to provide and support the service.

12. External services

AINOVAI may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, authentication, email, AI processing, forms and integrations. Those services may have their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, AINOVAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss caused by relying on unreviewed AI output or by a third-party service outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to AINOVAI for that service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, where payment remains unpaid, or where there is a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website and products develop. The latest version will be posted on this page. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded.
